Your responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight, including reporting, planning, tracking, and visualization to assist the program lead
• Lead cross-functional and multi-regional project teams from feasibility to project completion
• Plan and monitor project timelines, costs, and resources, focusing on achieving project objectives
• Identify, manage, and report project risks, including developing scenario plans for key risks on the critical path
• Consolidate project status updates for portfolio analysis, including deviation analysis, KPI tracking, financial forecasts, and the annual budget process
• Ensure high data quality in Project Management tools to support portfolio analysis and reporting
• Represent the project team in key project status meetings with Management and other internal stakeholders, driving decision-making in those meetings

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing product development projects, ideally within enteral/clinical nutrition or FMCG (preferably food) at a global level, with a focus exclusively on product development and food development projects
• Degree in Natural Sciences (preferably nutritional science), food engineering, food technology, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA level C) or in agile methodologies is beneficial
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Copilot, Planner)

• Work in an international team

• Fluent in English (business level), German language skills are a plus, but not required

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware) is advantageous
