Part of the marketing team, the Digital CRM Manager’s objective is to monitor customers’ satisfaction and propose ways for Dufry to increase customers engagement. Monitor relations with existing customers through our CRM system, analyze customer profiles, & suggest marketing actions to drive new customers and sales. The Global Marketing Digital CRM manager will be reporting directly to the CRM & Online Head and will manage the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to foster long-term relationship with customers to increase penetration, boost Dufry loyalty programme recruitment and improve customer engagement across all digital touch points. He / she shall identify new market opportunities and proactively address / answer customers’ needs.

Your main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the improvement, updates and efficiency of the CRM system as well as quality of the data (technical, structural, integration)
  • Monitor relationships with existing customers through the CRM system
  • Coordinate acquisition strategy of additional data to enrich existing profiles
  • Provide customer data inputs to the Digital managers to orientate their marketing strategies / acquisition actions depending the platform (loyalty program, online pre-order, social media etc.)
  • Coordinate with our regional offices and local stakeholders relevant access to the solution and reporting needs
  • Support digital managers to:
    • Identify specific marketing strategies to retain customers
    • Propose new marketing techniques that will drive new customers
    • Support digital managers to plan & manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
  • Agree on Marketing KPIs, track performances and trends
  • Participate in market customer insight & research

    Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 6-8 years of experience in customer management systems, data analytics and Marketing activations
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Solid communication skills with customer centric approach
  • Customer orientated
  • Relationship management: Ability to build relations between the Digital, MDD and Commercial teams
  • Self-starter and results orientated - able to work under minimal guidance
  • Structured ways of thinking, good organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English – any other languages would be an asset
