Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.We are looking for an experienced business marketing manager to support our B2B marketing efforts for Facebook and it’s solutions in DACH. This position will be responsible for creating and managing high class innovative regional business marketing content to inspire & educate advertisers and agencies. This position will also be responsible for creating and managing compelling regional C-Level communication and programs.
This position requires the ability to work across different stakeholders across the DACH region, with a strategic thinking combined with a strong operational focus and a hands-on attitude in a high pace organization and environment. As part of the EMEA marketing team the candidate has to be savvy in an international matrix organization and needs to show excellent communication skills.
The position will be part of the EMEA marketing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing DACH and will be full time based in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany.
  • Develop and execute an annual and quarterly business marketing content strategy and operational plan
  • Content generation for the region includes a monthly podcast, client case studies, white papers, (vertical) newsletters, video reels, presentations, educational material, one-sheeters, playbooks, fact sheets, market overviews and more
  • Develop a regional C-Level strategy by building new programs in order to reach this important audience to build positive brand perception
  • Work closely with wider teams on EMEA wide C-Level programs and scale these into the region
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the main business stakeholders in the region as well as on an international level. This will include active participation in the cross functional forums for the respective region.
  • Work closely with the global content teams to localize and copy write international content towards regional needs
  • Generate innovative content for Facebook owned- and industry events
  • Work closely with global and cross-functional counterparts (in London) to ensure cohesion and scalability for all content related topics
  • Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics in content generation to drive growth and sales for clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a marketing/comms content role
  • Demonstrated capacity for business marketing operations in an Internet and/or advertising environment
  • Experience in implementing C-Level programs that drive positive brand perception and help building trust with this audience
  • The candidate needs to be very savvy in communicating to C-Level clients and agencies in a very sensitive and difficult environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising market
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record for content creation and copywriting
  • Ability to handle different internal and external stakeholders in an agile framework
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into all projects and day-to-day business
  • Ability and passion to work in an international organization and in a high paced, "always-on” environment
  • Fluent in English & German
