As part of the ONEGLOBE initiative, we are looking for a HR Business Partner Top Management (m/f/d) for our office in Berlin or Einbeck as soon as possible. The position is unlimited and full-time.

Your tasks:

■ You are the "first point of contact" for the top management in all
personnel matters and the interface to the respective specific HR
strategists (so-called expert hubs).
■ You will proactively advise the board of directors and the executives in
solving problems of all kinds and take up general questions for
clarification in order to answer them quickly.
■ You support executives in all decision making processes by providing
the appropriate information, reports and analysis.
■ You accompany the implementation of Group-wide HR guidelines, core
processes and standards in their own area of responsibility and
promote the continuous further development of the general HR strategy
by contributing meaningful ideas and measures.
■ You strengthen the leadership competence in the support area through
constant exchange with the top management, especially with regard to
topics such as talent & low performance management.
■ In addition, you will support the development of compensation and
performance plans as well as other benefits for top management and
■ You support the personnel cost planning and forecasting processes
■ You will work in overarching personnel projects and initiate and
accompany improvement projects in order to actively support the
constant change of the company.

Your profile:

■ You have an excellent academic degree in
psychology, business administration, labour
law or a comparable field of study.
■ In addition, you have more than 5 years
experience in the HR area of a globally
operating company and can also draw on
practical knowledge in project management.
■ As an experienced HR strategist, you will be
able to build a strong relationship with your
stakeholders based on high integrity and
effective negotiation, problem-solving and
conflict resolution skills.
■ Furthermore, you have the ability to analyze
HR key figures in order to develop goals
from them and to advance decisive
requirements with sound and economically
efficient thinking.
■ You have extensive experience in managing
talent- and personal development systems
■ Your strong communication skills ensure the
right level of diplomacy and assertiveness
■ Fluent spoken and written German and
English, ideally another language preferable
■ You have user experience of all relevant IT
systems such as Microsoft, SAP, etc.
■ Willingness to travel
