This role will be located at the Bulach, Switzerland location (referred to as Biotronik AG), which is responsible for the development, production and marketing of balloon catheters and drug-coated stent systems.
Starting in March 2026, we are seeking a highly qualified intern for a six-month placement at our Bülach location. Please note that only candidates who are currently enrolled as students will be considered.
Your Responsibilities
- Support development and/or optimization of existing drug-containing formulations for drug-device combination products (Class III)
- Conduct testing (e.g. physical analysis) of drug-coated medical devices
- Collaborate closely with the prototyping team for R&D sample manufacturing and testing
Your Profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, or medical technology
- Good knowledge of MS Office, DoE, C++, and CAD is an advantage
- Good command of German and English
