As Senior Business Development Manager for FACT-Finder, you will be taking on responsibility from day one. You will have a lot of creative freedom within a few basic guidelines, which require a high level of professionalism and discipline.

Your Tasks:

  • Work through an assigned geographical territory made up of different market segments
  • Conduct a high level of outbound calls to C-level and/or SaaS Marketing- and eCommerce-Technology decision makers to gain initial interest in FACT-Finder products and services that opens the door for scheduling demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Track and maintain gathered information, utilize research and conduct outbound calls to set appointments for Account Executives
  • Research, identify and establish lucrative target contacts for FACT-Finder products and services through various methods and resources
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop a strategic approach for meeting revenue targets for the territory
  • Provide data management within CRM to ensure proper documentation, internal tracking and reporting
  • Maintain strong knowledge of FACT-Finder products and services through a commitment to ongoing training
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships and Sales to develop and maintain account plans

Your Profile:

  • Successful experience in a similar role—preferably experienced in inside sales, sales development, prospecting or pipeline development
  • Several years of experience in lead generation, cold calling experience of which 50% or greater of time was spent cold calling required
  • Several years of experience prospecting into C-level and/or SaaS Marketing- and eCommerce-Technology decision makers preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent phone presence with strong ability to gain commitment of time from prospects for appointments
  • Ability to cold call and penetrate various levels of the customer organization
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities. Outbound calls are often a mix between Account Executives and market segments
  • Ability to juggle multiple screens with logistical information pertaining to meeting availability of each Account Executive
  • Ability to manage large account lists for multiple Account Executives, selling multiple products, throughout EMEA
  • Ability to grasp new markets/products and concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to stay organized
  • Excellent follow up skills - you need to always be on top of your game
  • Fluency in both English and German required
