What you can expect:

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Within our Knitwear Product Division, the ideal candidate will report to the Head of Creative Development and will be in charge of the following tasks

  • Manage the entire collection development process from creative briefing till the production release;
  • Leading, coordinating and coaching the team to the agreed targets;
  • Cooperate directly with all job related interfaces such as Head of Creative Management, Brand Management as well as vendors and suppliers;
  • Define and mastermind specific KPI to steer Development efficiency;
  • Monitoring pricing and costing in order to ensure defined margins.
Your profile:

  • At least three years of professional experience in a similar position;
  • In depth competencies of raw materials, knitting techniques and workmanships;
  • Feeling for fashion and knowledge of market requirements;
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and PLM software;
  • Fluency in English (German and Italian would be a plus);
  • Excellent leadership and team work attitude, as well as communication and networking competencies;
