Your responsibilities
- Clean up and standardize the appearance of all kinds of existing HR document templates across C&A Europe
- Create new templates that can be embedded in the HR system for HR document generation
- Test the proper functioning of the reworked document templates and document management software solutions
- Support in the preparation of document templates
- Communicate with business stakeholders to align on template requirements and ensure successful implementation
What you bring
- Enrolled in Business Administration, Management, HR or similar
- Good business English skills, German and French are a plus
- Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are a plus
- IT affinity and understanding of modern web-based/cloud solutions
- Ability to work independently with guidance
