- Support and analyzing our processes and implementing exciting automation projects
- Developing RPA solutions that help us automate repetitive tasks and increase our efficiency
- Testing the automation workflows
- Help create, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments, share your ideas, and take on responsibility
This gives you valuable insight into our entire RPA transformation journey, allowing you to shape our digital future right from the start.
- Enrolled in an advanced Master’s program (e.g. in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field) with first successes in process management
- A strong interest in automation technologies and a desire to help shape new solutions
- Some hands-on experience with RPA tools and document automation is desirable
- Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, C#, VBA, SQL) – advanced IT and coding abilities are among the top competencies needed in the automation era
- Basic understanding of accounting/finance processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills with colleagues from different business units
- Sructured, analytical mind, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and hands-on mentality
