Then this position at SWG is just right for you. As a project manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for new construction and modernisation projects in Friedrichshafen - from initial planning to successful implementation. You will work closely with planning offices, construction companies and our team and actively shape the residential future of our city.
This is where you get to work:
- Independent management of new construction and modernisation projects - from planning and tendering to implementation
- Coordinating and professionally managing external planning offices, construction companies and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring cost, deadline and quality targets are met
- Contributing to strategies for sustainability and energy efficiency in residential construction
- Collaborating on the development of new residential construction projects in cooperation with the department management
What characterises you:
- Completed studies (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, project management construction) or comparable qualification/experience
- Initial experience in project management or construction project management
- Ideally already experience in project development
- Technical understanding, entrepreneurial thinking and organisational talent
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a structured way of working
- Interest in long-term collaboration and development
