Are you passionate about shaping the future of HR technology and driving impactful change? As our People System Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in optimizing and evolving our HR systems landscape, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support our people and business strategy.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Workday Core HCM, Learning, Talent areas and beyond
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing needs and ensuring that the most critical items are delivered first
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations and automations within Workday and surrounding systems, ensuring efficient workflows and maximizing ROI
• Develop the Workday product by staying up to date with new features, implementing enhancements, and leveraging the reporting framework for providing insights to the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure our People Systems meet the organization’s evolving needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with external parties in the development of our People solutions
• Provide support and guidance to end-users by assisting with troubleshooting issues and ensuring knowledge transfer to the wider HR community on all things technology

YOUR SKILLS:

• 3+ year experience with Workday configuration, with focus of Core HCM, Security, Learning and Talent; any additional functional area is a plus
• Strong functional background in HCM systems
• Experience with Workday functional integrations design and report development preferred
• Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies and architecture
• Experience in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs and urgency
• Strong will to learn and deep-dive into unknown knowledge
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
