Job description

(including but not limited to)

  • Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner
  • Understand and support Mammoet, SHE-Q and Business Policies and Procedures within AE and Operations departments
  • Create/maintain 5 million numbers for AE, crane and transport components and ensures that all Data, Information and Documentation is entered into SAP
  • Updates and change equipment information in the SAP system and communicate the changes with the planners
  • Enters certificates, drawings and other pertinent information about AE into SAP
  • Takes photos of equipment for identification and/ or communication purposes and enters them in SAP
  • Updates and maintains equipment certification files in SAP
  • Prepares certification for client
  • Ensures that all AE is marked according to Mammoet policies and procedures
  • Works with vendors, project managers and field personnel to ensure all AE is tagged appropriately
  • Contacts inspection companies to arrange appointments for re-certification
  • Creates purchase orders for certificate services and rigging purchases when required
  • Notifies yard supervisor of equipment which requires quarantine
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as passed on by AE supervision or Operations department

  • Completed necessary internal T&DP courses as per T&DP matrix
  • High school Diploma
  • Intermediate computer skills
