Are you ready to join us?
Tasks:
Support and/or management of transformation and optimization projects in the finance department
Analysis, development, and standardization of financial processes (e.g., Record-to-Report Finance, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay)
Implementation and further development of ERP and finance systems, as well as the digitalization of reporting and controlling processes
Design and implementation of automation solutions (e.g., RPA)
Close collaboration with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT, and external partners
Identification of efficiency potential and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
Change management support for the successful implementation of new processes and structures
Profile:
Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting, or a project-oriented finance function
Sound knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization
Experience in leading complex projects and interdisciplinary teams
Very good understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and reporting solutions
