YOUR TASKS 

As the first representative of inveox in the USA (after our founders), you will deliver true pioneer work! Initially focusing on intense business development and creating strong relationships with potential customers, you will eventually drive a full sales cycle in closing contracts with laboratories (our customers). This will include: 

  • Developing sales strategies and plans to meet performance objectives of the organization throughout the USA 
  • Proactively understanding customer needs and identify solutions thus actively creating business opportunities 
  • Driving effective collaborations with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs and Scientific Affairs to ensure patient needs and clinical trial objectives are a shared focus leading to scientifically robust and compliant strategies and product approvals 
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of the anatomic and clinical pathology industry including regulation and other innovative changes occurring in the marketplace, and utilizing this knowledge to advise management 
  • Identifying, developing and implementing activities that will increase the inveox’ exposure and reputation in the anatomic and clinical pathology market for example by attending industry trade shows and conferences together with our marketing team 
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual and sales goals for the defined territory 

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS 

You have a strong network paired with deep technical understanding of the IVD market and associated technologies 

  • Experience in in vitro diagnostics, companion diagnostics or digital imaging is highly desirable. 
  • Entrepreneurial type of character with a proven history of successfully leading and closing in a global and dynamic environment - ability to be a champion for change in the organization! 
  • University Degree or equivalent 
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal/written/presentation/relationship building) with ability to work collaboratively with customers, cross-functional project teams and regulators. 
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation and energy. 
  • Reliable and responsive. 
  • Customer focused. 
  • High level of integrity: Consistently using sound judgment as well as operating with transparency and is trusted. Demonstrating humility and self-awareness.
