Your Contribution:

• Post and Reconcile Transactions:  Accurately record and reconcile bank account transactions to ensure seamless account management.

• Customer Account Management:  Perform customer account reconciliations and collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

• Dunning Runs:  Prepare and execute system-supported dunning runs to streamline our collections process and maintain positive cash flow.

• Payment Execution:  Manage manual payments and automated payment runs to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Customer Queries:  Address queries from internal and external customers, ensuring excellent service and support.

What You Bring :

• Educational Background:  A degree or relevant qualification in accounting.

• Experience:   Proven track of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable.

• Language Proficiency:  Fluency in English and another European language (preferably German).

• Technical Skills:  Strong MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel ; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO is a plus.

• Detail-Oriented:  Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines; effectively manage workloads by planning, organizing, and adapting to changes.
