Job Description
Want to help shape healthcare digitally? This company makes just that possible: modern medical practice solutions, an international tech team, and a clear vision – digital infrastructure that creates real impact.
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer (f|m|d) with approximately three years of experience who is willing to assume technical responsibility, utilize modern tools, and actively shape infrastructure processes. The location? Fully remote – residing in Germany.
You can look forward to this
Completely remote – with clear framework conditions and permanent residence in Germany.
Flexible working hours, high levels of personal responsibility, and a modern tech stack.
A clear social contribution: digital health solutions with added value.
High-quality developer setup ("great gear”) – tailored to individual requirements.
Personal training budget and plenty of freedom for technical development.
30 days of vacation, health benefits, and a trust-based, international team culture.
Regular additional bonuses, up to three times a year
What awaits you in this role
Close collaboration with the development teams ensures effective deployments and stable operation of the platform.
Rollouts and customer deployments are planned independently and technically supported.
Monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch) provide precise insights into the system landscape – and are continuously being developed further.
CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab) are the focus and are constantly being optimized.
Build, test and deployment processes are automated and meaningfully expanded.
This includes error analyses and system checks as well as developing your own tools for automated processes.
We work in an agile, technology-open environment with plenty of room for creative input.
With these qualifications you will convince
Permanent residence in Germany and fluent English skills are required; German language skills at B2 level are an advantage.
Approximately three years of experience in a DevOps environment – proficient in Git, Linux, Docker, and development-related infrastructure.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD processes (GitLab or GitHub).
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and a good understanding of network security (firewalls, VPNs).
Enjoyment of automation, diligence in work and the ability to work in a team in agile environments.
This is how it continues
If you're interested in a meaningful DevOps role with a modern infrastructure and a strong remote focus, this is the right place for you. A brief application or a non-binding conversation is sufficient.
