The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with <b>Windows operating systems, servers, networking, and endpoint management</b>.</p> <div align="center" style="text-align:center"> </div> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Provide <b>on-site IT support</b> for client systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.</li> <li>Support and maintain <b>Windows operating systems</b> and <b>server Active Directory (AD)</b> environments.</li> <li>Manage <b>networking infrastructure</b>, including basic <b>Cisco networking</b> and <b>TCP/IP</b> configurations.</li> <li>Handle <b>mobile device management</b>, printer support, and peripheral troubleshooting.</li> <li>Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure <b>continuous uptime</b> and system reliability.</li> <li>Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for future reference.</li> </ul> <div align="center" style="text-align:center"> </div> <p><b>Technical Skills & Knowledge:</b></p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of <b>Windows OS</b> and <b>server AD</b>.</li> <li>Knowledge of <b>Microsoft tools and applications</b>.</li> <li>Basic <b>networking concepts</b>, including <b>Cisco devices</b> and <b>TCP/IP protocols</b>.</li> <li>Experience managing <b>mobile devices</b> and <b>printers</b>.</li> <li>Familiarity with <b>client-side IT support processes</b>.</li> </ul> <div align="center" style="text-align:center"> </div> <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>German language proficiency mandatory.</li> <li>Relevant IT certifications or diploma preferred.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently <b>on-site</b> and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li> </ul>
