YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop full‑stack applications using Java (Spring) and React
• Build custom Jira and Confluence extensions, including Atlassian Forge apps
• Design and implement workflow‑based solutions in Jira (a core focus of this role)
• Integrate Atlassian tools with internal systems via REST APIs
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, from concept through production
• Work closely with process experts and stakeholders in a collaborative environment — not a support queue

YOUR PROFILE:

• Core (essential):
• Strong experience with Java, including Spring and REST APIs
• Solid experience with React
• Good understanding of Jira workflows and how to design solutions around them
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Confident use of Git and modern development practices
• Also relevant (not required from day one)
• Node.js (e.g. for integrations or Forge apps)
• Atlassian Forge
• Jira and Confluence APIs
• PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
