• Act as the technical interface between the customer, internal departments, and system suppliers
• Support the analysis of customer and system requirements and develop optimization proposals in collaboration with project partners
• Ensure alignment of requirements with all relevant interface partners
• Grant the formal approval of requirements after completed reviews
• Take responsibility for creating requirements specifications and coordinating with the respective suppliers
• Advise customers on the implementation and optimization of methods and processes in requirements management

• Completed degree in engineering, computer science, natural sciences, business engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Structured and independent working style with the ability to make complex topics understandable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Organizational talent, quick comprehension, and a high standard of quality
• Responsible, reliable, and motivated to grow in your role
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power Platform, SharePoint; basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus
• Initial experience in requirements management in the automotive sector is an advantage
• Familiarity with tools such as Codebeamer, Codecraft or Confluence is a plus
• Very good English and German skills
