(Senior) Consultant SAP HCM / HR (m/f/d)

As a member of our IT-HR team, you will help in actively shaping our HR processes, from their conception to their technical implementation. In so doing, you will make a contribution to the continuous advancement of our HR system landscape as well as to our innovative orientation. A highly motivated team that enjoys its work awaits you!
- Project management and implementing global HCM projects in close cooperation with our departments
- Implementing new HCM projects (e.g., retail time management, creating concepts for an identity management solution)
- Conducting rollouts at the HB subsidiaries
- Providing support and serving as the solution architect for the global SAP HCM system, including the classic SAP modules (PA, OM, PT, PY, ESS/MSS, etc.) as well as the Success Factors cloud solutions (recruiting management, recruiting marketing and learning)
- Supporting the further development of our HCM IT landscape as well as innovative topics
- Completed university/college degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of personnel management processes
- Project experience with the SAP HCM environment
- Well-founded technical expertise of SAP, ideally including the classic HR modules as well as the Success Factors solutions
- Fluency in English, German language skills preferred
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated
- Professional experience in an international environment
