To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a full-time SENIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (m/f/d) – a key role where you will shape central parts of our PLITCH desktop client and its underlying services.

• End-to-end Features für Desktop-App und Backend-Services mit .NET 8+ (C#) und C++ liefern.
• Architektur gestalten und weiterentwickeln: skalierbare, wartbare Komponenten und APIs.
• Qualität steigern: Teststrategien (Unit/Integration), Code-Reviews, Performance-Profiling, Security-Hardening.
• Reliability & DX verbessern: Observability (Logging/Metriken/Tracing), CI/CD, Build-Tooling, Automatisierung.
• Designs (z. B. Figma) in zugängliche, reaktionsfähige Desktop-UIs umsetzen (z. B. XAML/HTML/CSS, wo sinnvoll).
• Cross-funktional arbeiten: an Produkt-Discovery mitwirken, Arbeit schneiden, iterativ liefern und Wirkung messen.
• Mentoring & Enabling: Best Practices teilen, Pair Programming, das Team voranbringen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own features end-to-end for the PLITCH desktop client and its supporting services using .NET 8+ (C#) and C++.
• Design and evolve architecture for scalable, maintainable components and APIs.
• Raise quality: testing strategies (unit/integration), code reviews, performance profiling, security hardening.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team across product, design, and engineering—from discovery to delivery.
• Improve reliability & DX: observability (logging/metrics/tracing), CI/CD, build tooling, automation.
• Turn specs into great UI: translate designs (e.g., Figma) into accessible, responsive desktop interfaces (XAML/HTML/CSS where appropriate).
• Collaborate cross-functionally: contribute to product discovery, break down work, ship iteratively, and measure impact.
• Mentor and unblock: share best practices, pair program, and help teammates grow.

Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL

• 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung über Backend und desktop-fokussiertes Frontend hinweg.
• Tiefe Erfahrung mit C#/.NET 8+, solide C++-Skills sowie HTML/CSS.
• Sicher mit Git, SQL und dem Arbeiten mit relationalen und nicht-relationalen Datenbanken.
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien (bevorzugt Azure).
• Nachweislich robuste Systeme ausgeliefert - mit Fokus auf Tests, Observability und Performance.
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
• Vertraut mit AI-Coding-Tools (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf).

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years building production software across backend and a desktop-focused frontend.
• Deep experience with C#/.NET 8+, solid C++ fundamentals, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong with Git, SQL, and working with both relational and non-relational data stores.
• Solid experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Proven track record of shipping robust systems with testing, observability, and performance in mind.
• Comfortable using AI coding copilots (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate quality work.
