Shape the future – with concept and system understanding
As a System Concept Developer (m/f/d), you will be part of our Munich expert team dedicated to the design and further development of next-generation electronic reconnaissance systems, including RESM and SIGINT and other forward-looking technologies.
You will work at the interface between market, technology, and product management, bringing your expertise to system designs that address real operational challenges.
Your tasks
- Development and creation of system concepts for next-generation ESM/SIGINT systems
- Analysis and evaluation of market trends, customer needs, and operational requirements
- Creation of market requirement and system specification documents for the structured further development of the product portfolio
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (Product Management, Development, Sales, Strategy)
- Support for Business Development in studies, concept proposals, and customer dialogues
- Analysis and evaluation of partner architectures for integration into joint concepts
- Presentation of concept ideas in customer workshops, internal boards, and industry events

Your qualifications
- University degree in engineering, communications technology, computer science, physics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the system design of complex technical systems – preferably in the area of ESM, ELINT, or SIGINT
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into structured, actionable concepts
- Solid understanding of sensors, signal processing, system integration, and system-of-systems architectures
- Knowledge of current market trends, technologies, and competitors in the field of electronic reconnaissance
- Strong conceptual and strategic skills, combined with presentation abilities
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally – but the primary workplace is Munich
