This is an exciting opportunity to help Client Services develop use cases and capture the benefits for artificial intelligence in the department, as well as research the latest trends and applications of AI in order management. We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible at our Headquarters in Munich.
Your Tasks:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the identified use cases, which include an optimal search, knowledge and training hub for the global Client Services team
- Maintain the database and document sources for the AI hub
- Work with the international Client Services team to collect further ideas to enhance the use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure search results yield high quality outputs
- Coordinate submission requirements, including scheduling team calls, tracking deadlines, and organizing content submissions.
- Provide support for reporting, business case development
- Conduct market intelligence to identify applications of AI in order-to-cash and order management
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (e. g. Bachelor or Master) in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business-supporting AI technologies, with examples of implementing or working existing AI tools
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English skills are mandatory, other languages are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently as well collaboratively in a global team environment
- Interest in learning about the order-to-cash business cycle and order management
