Key Responsibilities

• Briefing & Project Coordination
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of creative development projects. Follow up on briefs, maintain timelines, and ensure smooth project flow.
• Packaging Development
• Collaborate with design and development teams on new concepts for packaging and product. Support the creation of creative boards, visual storytelling, and moodboards.
• Visual Communication
• Build visually compelling presentations for both internal and external purposes. Ensure the consistency and excellence of all visual and narrative content.
• Research and Inspiration
• On a daily basis, fuel the creative think tank and material library. Attend major design and packaging fairs, gather competitive intelligence, and present market trends and innovations to colleagues.
• Trend & Material Watch
• Monitor innovation trends in materials, shapes, and finishes to inspire and inform creative proposals. Maintain an up-to-date material database and collaborate with suppliers for samples.

Profile Requested

• Strong creativity and sensitivity to luxury, coupled with excellent technical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in an organized and structured way, with a keen sense of priority and timing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey creative ideas clearly.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a strong asset.
• A genuine interest in the luxury/ Beauty industry.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork.
