  You'll make an impact by

• You will assist the Team Assistant with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management within the team
• Additionally, you will support organizing internal events such as workshops and team meetings to enhance collaboration and team spirit
• You will help in preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining an organized information system to streamline administrative processes
• Moreover, you will contribute to office efficiency by assisting with procurement processes and managing office supplies
• Finally, you will support internal communication efforts by helping maintain clear and effective communication channels within the team

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Prior experience in an office environment through internships or part-time jobs
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structured workflow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with calendar management tools
• Ways of Working: Proactive, reliable, and committed to fulfilling responsibilities with a service-oriented and positive attitude
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly required, depending on the team's location and primary language of operation
