DEPARTMENT: Production
Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS
Plan daily activities for the production teams
Keep staff levels within budgeted hours
Ensure plant safety programs are followed
Manage inventories and coordinate with other departments
Understand that all injuries, even if minor, shall be reported to management and/or the safety office
Working with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and designing new ones
Inform the Quality Manager about the detected deviations and incidences during the process
Training new employees on processes and policies to ensure effective operations
YOUR PROFILE
Higher Education (HNC).
Experience in production processes
Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete
Experience as production supervisor or similar position
Fluent in English
Capable to work in teams
Methodical and analytical skills
Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
