Experience selling APM, Monitoring, Log Management or IaaS
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
Consistently and effectively prospecting with passion
Qualifying opportunities and forecasting accurately
Driving yourself to a level of activity that underpins success
Negotiating deals that have integrity and turning pricing conversations into value conversations
Nurturing, building, and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
Creating a great experience for customers during and beyond the sales cycle
Learning the benefits of your product and own communication of the value proposition
Managing and logging all activity in Salesforce
Conducting meaningful conversation across multiple levels within an organization
Domain knowledge of modern software development processes (Agile, DevOps)
Understand the software engineering culture
5+ years sales experience the technology space
Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
Engage client audiences ranging from DevOps engineers through CTO
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
BA/BS degree or higher, or equivalent job-related experience
