Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung, Evaluation und Qualifikation von Fertigungsprozessen in elektronischen Geräten mit dem Schwerpunkt Löten von Bauteilen auf Leiterplatten
• Optimierung, Anpassung und Einführung von Fertigungsprozessen mit dem Schwerpunkt Verbindungstechnik
• Auswahl und Spezifikation geeigneter Prozessmaterialien und Prozessparameter
• Technologische Analyse und Behebung von Prozessproblemen
• Technologische Prozessunterstützung von Projekten und Qualitätssicherung
• Technologische Betreuung und Freigabe von externen technischen Dienstleistern

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium der Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau/Feinwerktechnik oder Verfahrenstechnik
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Sehr gute Kennntnisse im Löten von Bauteilen auf Leiterplatten
• Gute Kenntnisse im Kleben, Drahtbonden oder Spaltschweißen wünschenswert
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) sowie Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Selbständiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Motivation sowie Engagement
