Job description

Mammoet is currently seeking an administrator to join the team in Etobicoke. In this role you will participate in and coordinate the administration processes for the Toronto team. Our ideal candidate is a detail oriented individual who is enthusiastic, motivated and above all else, a team player. Organization, strong communication skills and wanting to be part of a small team are a necessity for anyone who steps into this role.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Process and coordinate invoices in compliance with the departmental standards and procedures.
  • Prepare both routine and ad‐hoc information, as directed or requested, on Accounts Receivable, (un)cleared items, and on various levels.
  • Deal with both external and internal customers, to exchange and clarify information by telephone or email.
  • Record, execute and maintain administrative data in (sub)systems, in line with internal requirements.
  • Coordinate day‐to‐day payroll administration and processes.
  • Be responsible for processing day‐to‐day vendor invoices through verifying and reconciling Purchase Orders, Invoices and recurring payments


  • Vocational Education, in Administration discipline
  • English, proficient verbal and written
  • Entry level applicants will be considered and full training will be provided
