Receptionist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Checking guests in and out using the Protel Air hotel software
• Acceptance and processing of all types of room reservations
• Coordination of guest requests with all departments of the hotel
• Acceptance and processing of all types of guest correspondence
• Accepting table reservations for our two restaurants
• Sale of wine from the hotel’s own vineyard
• General reception activities

Your profile:

• You have training in the hotel industry or have already gained service experience in comparable hotels or restaurants
• Or you are a career changer with several years of service experience
• You enjoy giving our guests an incomparable experience ‚… service with a smile… :-)‘
• You have a positive attitude that you like to bring to the team
• You are flexible and even when things get hectic you keep the overview
• You enjoy working in a small team
• You already have a basic knowledge of wine
