Our core division, Avertis Private Capital Management (APCM), offers professionally managed trading accounts for qualified and professional investors (HNWI, UHNWI, Family Offices, and Private Capital) focused on US equities and futures.
Our mission is to build an exclusive, high-performance investor circle with ticket sizes starting from CHF 50,000–500,000 per account and to scale our AUM to CHF 100M+ by 2030.
Tasks
We are seeking an experienced, strategically minded professional with existing access to HNWI/UHNWI investors, Family Offices, or institutional networks across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and the United Arab Emirates to lead our investor acquisition and capital development efforts.
You will operate at the intersection of capital, trust, and performance, building strong, long-term investor relationships and helping Avertis expand its global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with HNWI, UHNWI, Family Offices, and boutique investment firms
- Present and position the APCM Managed Account Model (ticket size from CHF 50,000) to qualified investors
- Conduct investor calls, roadshows, and private briefings (in-person or remotely)
- Co-develop fundraising strategies and structured investor relations processes
- Support investor onboarding, structuring, and reporting activities
- Develop strategic partnerships across Switzerland and the GCC region (especially Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
Requirements
- Proven access to HNWI/UHNWI investors or Family Office networks
- Strong background in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Private Banking, or Asset Management
- Confident and credible communicator with affluent and institutional investors
- Solid understanding of financial markets (equities, futures, derivatives preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you think in ownership, not in hours
- Fluent in English (German or Arabic is a plus)
- Based in Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates (Dubai preferred)
