    Hi all on the forum,

I am putting together a small course to teach some people some basic quality / management tools:

1 - The Critical to Quality (CTQ) Tree
    2 - The Process Map
    3 - The Histogram
    4 – Pareto chart
    5 – Process Summary Worksheet
    6 – Cause & Effect Diagram
    7 – Scatter diagram
    8 – Affinity diagram
    9 – Run chart
    10 – Control Chart

I am looking for resources / case studies / activities that would help me teach these ideas.

Do you know of usefull books/ guides / websites / activities that may help me?

Initially the learning will be done by elearning and then we will have a5 hour workshop together.

    Many thanks and regards, Andi

    Hi Andi

    I am teaching Quality Management to students at Master of Quality Management, I found this text is very useful;

Evans, J.R., and William M. Lindsay, The Management and Control of Quality, (Sixth Edition), South Western / Thomson Publishing Company, 2005.

Please let me know should you look for further readings

    Best Regards
