    Global Electric Mobility Co (GEMCO)

     Designed 12kW battery pack required to power 12kW E-Bike by considering bike's performance, its operation in different driving cycles and has a range of 137Km per charge. Suggested café racer styled chassis design and developed 3D models, GD&T of chassis as per BS 8888. Defined various approaches for manufacturing components and suggested implementation of composite materials  Simulated crash testing scenario in ANSYS to simulate feasibility of E-bike in actual environment

     Developed solutions for rear suspension upright and braking packages with DFMEA approach by carefully considering techniques abiding automotive environment for electric Sports Car  Produced accurate 3D CAD models of components associated with wheel packaging which involved defining accurate measurements by using measurement tools and 3D scans of other body parts  Suggested fabricated designs for upright to reduce the cost by £1k behind each machined upright

Project demanded supplier co-ordination to develop cost-effective casting design for the crankcase while ensuring quality targets are met  Provided design solution and correction to avoid component failures associated with diesel engines based on active feedback received from engine assembly line and engine test cell  Undertook project involving inventory data analysis to update BOM
