Analysing and processing of German invoices Verifying and matching with purchase orders/coding/sending for approval in a timely manner Contacting the vendors (via e-mail/telephone) to resolve invoice-related issues Booking invoices according to accounting and tax regulations, assuring their readiness for on-time payment Performing basic month-end closure activities Maintaining database of supplier data, Vendor Master Data backup Maintaining process documentation
