As Innovation Design Engineer at John Lewis I was responsible for developing new immersive customer experiences. I developed and designed customer facing prototypes of new concepts to gain insights quickly, within limited investment and resources. Supporting the business to make tangible progress and mitigating risk of investment in future growth.

As product designer at SKY I was responsible for new product development, including conceptualisation, prototyping, market and trend research, design of new technical solutions, communication with Chinese manufacturing plants, manufacturing processes, mass production, packaging design and product redesign.

As Industrial Designer at VanBerlo I worked within the product development and design strategy team. My responsibilities covered the aspects of design strategy and visual design DNA. Furthermore, I was involved in establishing brand quality models, personas, product positioning matrixes and visual brand languages.
