• Central contact for all job advertisements of three group companies (T-Systems Alpine, SDS, DTGBS) • Recruiting process (e.g., texting job advertisements, selection of applicants, preparation of offers assessment centers, job interviews) • Preparation of employment contracts and -references, work confirmations • Administration of the Kununu corporate website • Support of employees and managers regarding HR-specific topics • Coordination and development of the junior talent development program in Austria

• Supporting the Senior Consultants in the search and selection of personnel • Application management and maintenance of the HR database • Search for suitable candidates in applicant databases and on social media platforms • Screening and evaluation of applications • Appointment coordination • Participation in applicant interviews • Support of clients and candidates • Preparation of documents and support in the organization of trainings and events • Office management and various administrative tasks

• Wide range of organizational activities from ordering to sales management and co-leading a team of 8 employees

• Cooperation with Bildungsmanagement GmbH as a lecturer for linguistic subjects under the brand LernQuadrat and shareholder of the jointly founded Maccarone OG for the organization of language courses
