Participated in a consulting project for Solvay, by working closely with top executives in developing the Sustainable Guar Initiative: a new social program aiming to improve the livelihood of the farmers in India. My responsibilities during the project included doing extensive research and conducting interviews with key stakeholders to understand the main obstacles, and come up with recommendations of actions to implement to make this initiative a long-term self-sustainable program.

I was a senior consultant in a national consultancy firm specialized in strategy and operations consultancy. My job was to work closely with the company's CEO and employees to detect and understand the main obstacles and its causes, design and propose strategic long-term solutions, implementing and auditing the new processes and strategies, and presenting results directly to management of the company.

APITEC is a machine manufacturing company. The company's main economic activity is designing, producing and selling machinery for the bread industry, as well as offering automated solutions for other industries. In the company I had the great opportunity of working directly with people in the design and production processes as a project manager junior, helping manage current and new machinery projects.
