My main tasks were: • Keeping the contact between the contractor agencies and the Lufthansa Technik. • Registering the overhours to the SAP according to the labour law. • Coordinating process for non Hungarian employees. • Being responsible for People's data maintenance related to local payroll and reward. • Correcting clocking problems, workhours problems. • Managing the timesheets of the employees and contractors. • Write purchase orders. • Administrative tasks. • Other ad-hoc tasks.
