Responsible for Strategy and developing the electoral registeration and id card related technology products and eco system.

Working with the corporate product and strategies management teams to develop UPC's product and technology strategy and managed the budgeting process for 2011/2012. Developed proof of concept as a benchmark for cable and the application of TR-069 protocol broadband forum specification, developed a Proof of Concept including the findings.

Currently, working to craft the strategy for future ticketing in transport, Oyster, Congestion Charging and smart cards that will be used in the future with alternative devices and improved business support systems. Also was involved in the start up of new Way Finding Project in preparation for the Olympics 2012.

Responsible for the technical and strategic direction for the OSS/BSS and product definition aspects of the triple play consultancy, mainly focusing on delivering innovative applications and defining product models for Alcatel-Lucent's customers within the EMEA and Americas

evaluated and provided key strategic recommendations on improving the Content Management Eco - System for the BT Vision Platform. Also addressed the weaknesses within the current process with tactical solutions to support the launch of the Premier League VOD offering.
