Managing and performing system rollouts of the Air & Ocean Transport Management System by leading deployment projects including coordination with other departments on global and country level. Conducting Super User training remotely and onsite, supporting on creation of learning material, authoring release guides and manuals and consulting Schenker Air- and Ocean freight business teams on optimal use of our applications

Developing the ocean export product in the marketplace through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company’s policy and procedures.

Supporting full implementation of the Company Security Standards in all areas of the respective branch facilities and serving as key point of contact for Operational Process Standards. Communicating Company Security requirements to all Service Providers as well as communicating and managing of all security resources and tools. Responsible for our offices in Ratingen (DUS), Dortmund (DTM) and Hannover (HAJ).
