in 3 years, I successfully developed and implemented the 2020 strategy for Managed Services, lead the reorganization of the division of 30.000+ people in 70+ countries. Due to the very positive feedback in fulfilling these tasks, I took over the responsibility for special strategic in and outsourcing programs as well as the provision of market data for M & As.

In my accountability for Operations and P&L accountability for Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing BPO and Out-tasking, I developed, in 13 years, the MS business from 6 mio EURO with 5 employees (1 country) to 400+ mio and 5000+ employees (13 countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey).
