Report engine migration project: • Designed and implemented a set of testing automation tools used to ensure the new and old engines have the same logic. • Performed a series of deep dives into original reporting logic for members of the other team. • Created and maintained a document summarizing the common causes of logic mismatches. • Kept track of cross-team progress and coordinated work on individual reports. The average performance gain for our biggest customers is 3–4 times.

• Optimized financial model calculation algorithms, achieving up to a 10x performance improvement and reducing execution time for large models from 180 min to 15 min. • Designed, launched, and evolved a corporate credit scoring system from scratch, supporting 100K+ corporate clients. • Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams (financial analysts, an ML scoring team, and engineering teams). • Planned requirements and tech. solutions with business stakeholders (financial analysts and technical leads).

• Designed and implemented a pension fund data management system, enabling integration of two sub-funds and replacing manual data handling with an automated import process. • Architected a sales flow system, allowing rapid configuration of user journeys for different insurance products. Designed and launched the first production-ready version of a personal insurance portal. • Owned the full software development lifecycle (from requirements analysis to ongoing support).
