Responsible for the whole sales and marketing activities: - Managing Sales Department in channels of Export business, Key customers, direct sales and customer care - Negotiation with key suppliers for raw materials - In charge Marketing Department with spatial accent on international activities - Covering all logistic process. We are especially proud of the results in the international market. The African market (Libya, Algeria, Somalia and Nigeria) and the Chinese market (Shandong provinces).

Responsible for the whole business lines (CMO): - Retail banking, business banking and agro business. - In charge for network of 4 regional centers, and 150 branches. - Direct channels, customer care, card and e-business (product structuring & card personalization, issuance & acceptance network inkling POS & ATMs) In capacity of Executive Board Member active role in financial planning, risk strategy definition, technology support to all banking segments.

- Active role in developing overall retail and small business strategy - Continuous monitoring of sales activities & budget compliance and reporting to ExBo Member - Close cooperation with the other departments of the Bank in order to ensure smooth work flow - Regular contact with external institution - Active role in implementation marketing strategy in field of retail - Membership in Product & Pricing and Debt Collection Committees, ad hoc in Credit Committee

- Structuring of lending products for small companies, entrepreneurs & agriculture - Training and continuous support to branch staff - Development of alternative sales channels - Cooperation with Marketing and other involved departments - Credit pay plane and Score card development

- Organization of daily work of the branch / staff monitoring - Budget compliance follow up - Cooperation with product managers - Client acquisition - Service of the Bank VIP clients (retail & corporate)

- Acquisition of small & medium companies (client evaluation including risk assessment) - Preparation of loan application and its presentation to Credit Committee - Monitoring of loan portfolio in order to ensure timely repayment and identify new business opportunities
