2021 is a year of sustainable growth - through training, coaching, and being an artist. 2020 was about personal growth. Coaching is about helping other people to help themselves – I believe this passionately and my mission is to live and work with this belief to the full. Training is about delivering new and needed skills effectively, successfully, and in an enjoyable fashion. I am dedicated to this.
It was time to move onwards and I left Berlitz GmbH to join educom GmbH - to expand my challenges and deepen my knowledge, experience and investment in the industry of Training and Development in the corporate world. At Berlitz I had managed 2 large accounts - with a Germany-wide scope - in some cases global too - over 15 to 20 years. At educom I continued to build on this experience.
