• Provide a full range of clerical duties for processing of India visa applications, including customer service in person and over the telephone. Respond to basic public email inquiries and document verification. • Work daily with travel agencies including analysing their visa requirements and data entry of such requirements. • I managed the two of biggest travel agency in Munich; I am responsible for a handling a daily budget of 20.000 euros as well as processing 100 applications per day.
