Released weekly reports of the outbound delivery orders from the company's main warehouse for each project and key accounts. Approved the sales orders and followed up in manufacturing execution, supply chain strategic planning, and warehouse management.

Initially interned at Dubai Free Zone in the parent company. Provided administrative support for the newly founded company branch in Hong Kong. Point of contact for banks and was the bridge between the consulting firm and the stakeholders in Hong Kong and Dubai. Organized the air shipments and sourced electronic parts throughout China Mainland.
