- Carried out the development, deployment and administration of an IT Service Management solution (Easyvista) in 45 countries around the world, including a catalogue of 450 entries for incidents and 260 entries for requests. - Automated the inventory of IT resources consisting of 5500 computers, along with the complete logistic management of the material from its order to its disposal. - Designed and integrated a automatic system configuration for the various software available in the service catalogue

- Carried out the installation, updating and maintenance of computer equipment. - Provided IT support from level 1 to 3 for users in Switzerland and across Europe. - Carried out the IT installation of new shops as well as new markets in Switzerland and across Europe. - Managed user profiles in the Active Directory and Exchange in addition to the access rights for the Intranet. - Ordered computer hardware and handled the stock management as well as the inventory of the stock of computing equipment.
