• Establish and keep Agile principles and common understanding among teams regardless of different timezone, language and culture. • Facilitate and moderate Scrum meetings and communication problems by dislocated teams. • Regular communication with customers and help to clarify requirements. • Detect and visualize key figures for process and product quality.

Servant team lead: - Introduce Agile and Scrum to colleagues and the company, by trainings and leading by example. - Establish a good communication between 4 multi-level, multi-cultural and dislocated teams and managers. - Improve organisation's health by creating psychological safety and trust. - Understand team dynamics to allows the team to self-improve. - Define and refine significant Agile metrics to quantify and communicate performance, due to dislocated situation self-created tools and metrics.
