Linde PLANTSERV is the After Sales Division of Linde Engineering  P&L responsibility for the service within Linde Engineering, like revamps, maintenance and repairs, trainings & consulting, operational support, plant due diligences, digital products, plant relocations, remote services  initial and after sales spare parts including management  launch platform for digital products within Linde Engineering  growth strategy for sustainable double-digit growth  service portfolio optimization

Responsible for Linde Gas Onsite Business in East Europe and Middle East

- leading the Business Development team for major investments including the coordination of relevant functions within the project organization - responsibility and accountability for the business cases including technical, commercial and contractual solution securing long term agreements - negotiation with international customer and national key players - P&L responsibility of new major projects within the 1st year

- manage business development projects at incumbencies - business development for major hydrogen supply schemes from chemical or refinery off gas streams to securing a possible infrastructure network for hydrogen supply for the automotive industry

- building up Key Account Management as a global business to integrate the post merger existing accounts from BOC and Linde. - support major Merger and Acquisition projects in east Europe with focus on Russia - implement global risks reporting and monitoring of key accounts for the high level management.

- supervision of multiply research projects with focus in the biophysical sector - leading a research team of diploma and working students - publication of scientifically papers and application of one patent - interdisciplinary cooperation with international departments in the chemical, medical and theoretical segment - lectures and courses at the LMU Munich & presentations on international conferences
