2nd line support responsible for support of networks interconnecting national bodies of EU • Incident, Problem, Change management • Administration of multi-vendor network devices (Cisco, Juniper Netscreen, BlueCoat) • Resolving connection problems that needed to be checked on regular basis to meet SLA agreements • Maintaining and upgrading local network infrastructure to meet highest security standards • Environment with strong focus on physical and IT security

Hewlett-Packard contingent worker dedicated to the European Commission secure network sTESTA (SIS, EUROPOL, VISA, EuroDAC). • 1st Line customer support responsible for support of networks interconnecting national bodies of EU • Support of multi-vendor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, packet shapers, IPsec VPN devices) • Monitoring of ISP lines, making sure they comply with SLAs • Resolving of network issues or their escalation to the higher level (Incident management).
